These terms of service are a binding agreement between you and Anker Innovations Australia Pty Ltd (including sub brand Mach) Australia, 44 Lakeview Drive, Scorscby VIC 3179. When used in these Terms “Anker,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the Anker entity and its partners associated with delivering and executing the campaign promotion.  Consumers who join the waiting list and book the venue are referred to as “Guests”.

The venue is 29 Carlisle Street, Tamarama, NSW Australia 2026 and in this agreement will be referred to as the MACH Villa. As the host Anker does not own this venue.

Booking

The MACH Villa is available to stay for a duration of one (1) night per booking. The total number of guests per stay must not exceed two (2) people. The bookings will be offered on a first come, first serve basis for the period detailed above.

Check in is at 3.00pm and check out is 10.00am.

Guests must be 18 years of age or over to stay and/or make a booking and will be required to provide name, email address, and contact number. As part of the booking process to stay at the MACH Villa, you and your one guest (two people in total) will be required to submit a drivers licence or passport for identification check purposes.

To confirm the booking, the guest will need to make a $2,000 AUD refundable holding deposit, which will be refunded in full within 5 business days after checking out, upon confirmation from the property management team there are no damages to the MACH villa.

A representative of Anker will contact you to arrange the holding deposit payment, if contact cannot be made within 24 hours, the tentative MACH Villa booking will be forfeited. The host reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking for any reason.

Guests are not permitted to have any additional people in the MACH villa outside of the two confirmed names at booking.

For the safety of the guests, a security guard will be onsite at the MACH villa from 7pm to 3am.

It will be the responsibility of the guest to make their own travel arrangements to the MACH Villa and any meals, spending money, transfers and incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.

Vacuuming

Guests agree to vacuum three areas in the MACH villa using the new MACH V1 Ultra on arrival. There will be signs highlighting what needs to be done. It will take you five to ten minutes to complete this activity. The three MACH V1 Ultra vacuums are for use in the villa only.

Cancellation

If the guest needs to cancel the MACH Villa booking, the guest must advise the host within 48 hours, to receive a full refund of the holding deposit.  If the guest notifies the host within 48 hours, the amount refunded is determined by the host as part of the cancellation policy. If something outside your control forces you to cancel a reservation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, please contact the Anker representative to discuss.

Risks and responsibilities

You acknowledge that many activities have inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising during your stay at the MACH villa. It is your responsibility to have read the details about the MACH villa for example the pool, to determine whether it is suitable for you. You willfully assume the risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death that could happen during your stay the MACH Villa.

You’re responsible and liable for your own acts and the acts of your one additional guest (two in total in the property) allowed in the villa. You are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was in when you arrived with the exception of the designated dirty areas, you are required to vacuum on arrival as part of the MACH Dirty Weekend Away experience. You are responsible for paying all reasonable amounts necessary to cover any damage that you, your one guest, cause to the MACH Villa. You must comply with applicable laws at all times.

Privacy Policy and terms

We respect the privacy of your information supplied and will safeguard the information in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at https://www.dirtyweekendaway.com.au/privacy-policy.  We will not disclose your information to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

By completing the booking process, you agree to the Privacy Policy and affirm that you understand and consent to our collection, storage and use of your information. Guests understand and agree to have Anker contact them with promotional and marketing information post campaign until otherwise specified by the guest.

The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Booking of the MACH Villa will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
